Terms of Service

Terms and conditions governing our luxury appliance repair services.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Lakewood, you agree to these terms of service. These terms govern the relationship between our company and customers receiving appliance repair services in the Lakewood metropolitan area and surrounding communities.

Independent Service Provider

This website represents an independent appliance repair business with no corporate ties to Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any appliance manufacturer. We are not an authorized service center, factory dealer, or certified repair provider for any brand. All brand names, trademarks, and logos appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners, referenced solely for service identification purposes. We utilize OEM-spec and genuine manufacturer parts for all repairs.

Service Scope

We provide diagnostic and repair services for luxury and premium kitchen appliances in the western Denver metropolitan area, including Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Morrison, Edgewater, and Federal Heights. Our services cover refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, ice makers, and ventilation systems from brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Dacor, Bosch, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Monogram, Fisher & Paykel, Liebherr, Cove, BlueStar, Bertazzoni, Hestan, and La Cornue.

Pricing and Payment

A diagnostic service fee is charged for each service visit, which covers the technician's assessment and diagnosis of the appliance issue. If you authorize the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost. Repair estimates are provided before work begins, and no additional work is performed without your approval.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks.

Parts and Warranty

All repairs are performed using genuine manufacturer parts or OEM-spec equivalents. Parts used in repairs carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Labor is warranted for a period specified on your service invoice. Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated components or pre-existing conditions.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled by calling (720) 903-1009 or through our online booking system. We request at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-show appointments may result in a pre-payment requirement for future service calls.

Access Requirements

You agree to provide reasonable access to the appliance requiring service, including clearing the area around the unit as needed. An adult (18 or older) must be present during the service visit to authorize any repairs and provide access to the home.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the specific repair. We are not responsible for food spoilage or consequential damages resulting from appliance malfunction, whether or not related to our service.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your appliance's symptoms and history. Withholding relevant information, such as prior repairs, water damage, or power surge events, may affect the accuracy of our diagnosis and the effectiveness of repairs.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado, in accordance with Colorado state law.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of current terms.
